At his townhall meetings last August, Chet Edwards stated that the Interstate Commerce Clause means, for him, that he can freely ignore the explicit limitations of government set forth in the Enumerated Powers of the Constitution. Regardless his ultimate vote, Chet Edwards endorses the collectivist mindset that empowers these Intolerable Acts of government.
Chet, for you to so recklessly disregard the plain text of the Constitution makes you a threat to our nation, to our children, and for our future.
Chet Edwards, pack your bags: you’re fired!
“Fortunately, we have a ready replacement for Chet Edwards. As of Tuesday, 4/13/10, we have our nominee for Congress. Bill Flores is dedicated to restoring liberty, ending Obamacare– by any means necessary, and otherwise and consistently putting the brakes on this Administration. This is why I am endorsing Bill Flores for Congress.
Thank you,
Timothy Delasandro (R)
former candidate, US Congress 2010 in District 17
